The title compound was prepared from 6-[(2R)oxiranyl][1,2,3,4]tetraazolo[1,5-a]pyridine and saturated ammonium methanol in substantially the same manner, as described in Example 124. The product was obtained as an off-white solid; mp 153-154° C.; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.60 (brs, 2H), 2.73-2.84 (m, 2H), 4.65-4.68 (m, 1H), 5.70 (brs, 1H), 7.83-7.87 (m, 1H), 8.14-8.16 (m, 1H), 9.08-9.09 (m, 1H); MS (ES) m/z: 180 (M+H).
