The title compound was prepared from 4-(4-oxo-piperidine-1-yl)-benzoic acid (which was obtained in Example 151) and L-glutamic acid diethyl ester hydrochloride according to the procedure of Example 154 as a yellowish gum; 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 1.22 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 3H), 1.31 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 3H), 2.10-2.50 (m, 4H), 2.57 (t, J=6.1 Hz, 4H), 3.73 (t, J=6.1 Hz, 4H), 4.10-4.30 (m, 4H), 4.70-4.85 (m, 1H), 6.90 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.08 (d, J=8.9 Hz, 2H), 7.78 (d, J=8.9 Hz, 2H); MS (ES) m/z: 405.3 (MH+).
