Reaction Steps
Prepared from (3-amino-4′-fluoro-biphenyl-4-yl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example G39) (227 mg, 0.75 mmol) and 3-[3-(2,4-dimethyl-imidazol-1-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example H9) (157 mg, 0.5 mmol) according to the general procedure K. Obtained as a yellow amorphous substance (127 mg).
