Reaction Steps
Prepared from (3-amino-3′-fluoro-biphenyl-4-yl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example G38) (151 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 3-(2,2-dimethyl-6-oxo-6H-[1,3]dioxin-4-yl)-benzonitrile (Example J4) (175 mg, 0.76 mmol) according to the general procedure K. Obtained as an orange solid (141 mg).
