Reaction Steps
Prepared from (3-amino-2′-fluoro-biphenyl-4-yl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example G37) (303 mg, 1.0 mmol) and 3-[3-(2-methoxymethylsulfanyl-imidazol-1-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example H12) (512 mg, 1.41 mmol) according to the general procedure K. Obtained as a light yellow solid (552 mg).
