5-Methyl-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid [7-(3-amino-phenyl)-4-methoxy-benzothiazol-2-yl]-amide is synthesized from 5-methyl-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid (4-methoxy-7-iodo-benzothiazol-2-yl)-amide (300 mg, 0.70 mmol) and 3-trimethylstannanyl-phenylamine (291 mg, 1.14 mmol) using the general procedure B as a light brown solid in 56% yield. MS: m/e=396 (M+H+).
