Reaction Steps
N-{5-(1,4-diazepan-1-yl)-2-[(ethylsulfonyl)amino]phenyl}benzenesulfonamide hydrochloride was synthesized from N-{2-amino-5-(4-t-butyloxycarbonyl-1,4-diazepan-1-yl)-phenyl}benzenesulfonamide (0.085 g, 0.19 mmol) and ethanesulfonyl chloride (0.032 μL, 0.25 mmol) to give 29.1 mg of a light purple solid; Anal. (C24H27ClN4O3S×0.75H2O) C, H, N, S.; M+ 439.4 Calcd 439.14.
