Reaction Steps
This compound is prepared by the procedure described in EXAMPLE 45 from 1.2 g of the compound obtained in step C of EXAMPLE 37, 1.5 g of 4-benzyl-4-(pyrrolidin-1-ylcarbonylamino)piperidine p-toluenesulfonate, 1.2 g of K2CO3 and 3 ml of DMF to give 0.83 g of the expected product. M.p.=140° C.
