The preparation of Example 43: [1-(3,3-Dimethyl-butyl)-piperidin-4-yl]-[4-(4-fluoro-benzyloxy)-phenyl]-(3-methyl-butyl)-amine was prepared in accordance with the methods of Step 7 in Example 40, except that [4-(4-Fluoro-benzyloxy)-phenyl]-(3-methyl-butyl)-piperidin-4-yl-amine (43c) was used instead of (4-Cyclohexylmethoxy-phenyl)-(3-methyl-butyl)-piperidin-4-yl-amine (40f) and 3,3-dimethylbutyraldehyde was used instead of isovaleraldehyde.
