Reaction Steps
The title compound (243 mg, 77.6%, yellow foam) was prepared from [2-(4-Bromophenoxy)propyl][(methylethyl)sulfonyl]amine (310 mg, 0.922 mmol, prepared in example 1), 3-(2-thienyl)benzeneboronic acid (145 mg, 1.13 mmol), dichlorobis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II) (26 mg, 0.037 mmol), 2 M sodium carbonate (335 mg in 1.6 mL water), and 1,2-dimethoxyethane (6 mL) in a manner analogous to the procedure described in Example 8.
