Procedure
7.7 g of N-[2,6-diisopropyl-4-(2-fluorophenoxy)-phenyl]-N'-isopropylthiourea are dissolved in 20 ml of acetone, and 2.36 g of acetyl chloride are added dropwise with stirring at +5° to 10° C. The reaction mixture is subsequently allowed to stand for 3 hours at +10° C. The product which has crystallized out is filtered off with suction, washed with a little acetone and dried in vacuo. The title compound of the formula ##STR9## is present in the form of colourless crystals; melting point 164° C. with decomposition.
