4 g of 7-chloro-1,3-dihydro-5-phenyl-3-phenyloxycarbonyloxy-2H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-thione are suspended in 90 ml of dioxane and 1.7 g of sodium bicarbonate and 1.3 g of hydroxylammonium chloride are added, and the mixture is stirred for 8 hours at room temperature (monitoring by thin layer chromatography). After addition of 0.9 ml of phenylisocyanate, the mixture is stirred for 1 hour and water is added to it. The oil produced is decanted off and stirred up with ethanol, and the slurry of crystals is filtered off under suction.
