A mixture of 0.7 g of the compound obtained in EXAMPLE 16 step A), 1 ml of tert-butylamine and 25 ml of DCM is stirred for 48 hours at RT. The solvent is evaporated off under vacuum and the residue is chromatographed on silica using a DCM/AcOEt mixture (90/10; v/v) as the eluent to give 0.41 g of the expected product after crystallization from an AcOEt/iso ether mixture (50/50; v/v). M.p.=237° C.
