Procedure
Substantially the same procedure as in Example 7 was repeated using 2.00 g (11.8 mmol) of 5,6-diamino-1,3-dimethyluracil and 3.32 g (12.9 mmol) of 3-bromo-4-methoxycinnamic acid. Then, the resultant crude crystals were recrystallized from dimethylformamide to give 2.00 g (yield 43%) of Compound 120 as a pale yellow powder.
