Substantially the same procedure as in Example 7 was repeated using 1.00 g (5.05 mmol) of 5,6-diamino-1,3-diethyluracil and 1.2 9 g (5.56 mmol ) of 3-trifluoromethoxycinnamic acid. Then, the resultant crude crystals were recrystallized from dioxane/water to give 1.19 g (yield 60%) of Compound 142 as white needles.
