The title compound was prepared from 4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-8-hydroxy-7-methoxyquinolin-2(1H)-one (Example 11, Step 1), 1,5-dibromopentane, and dimethylamine following the procedures outlined in Example 13. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.91 (s, 1H), 8.83 (s, 1H), 8.75 (s, 2H), 7.87 (d, 1H), 7.04 (d, 1H), 4.77 (s, 1H), 3.96 (t, 2H), 3.90 (s, 3H), 2.19 (t, 2H), 2.10 (s, 6H), 1.76 (m, 2H), 1.48-1.32 (m, 4H) MS (ESI): 465.0.
