The benzyloxy compound (529 mg, 1.15 mmol) obtained in (a) was dissolved in a mixed solvent of methanol/tetrahydrofuran (1/1), then 10% palladium-carbon (110 mg, 0.103 mmol) was added thereto and stirred overnight in a hydrogen atmosphere. The reaction solution was filtered through Celite, the Celite was washed with mixed solvent of chloroform/methanol, and the mother liquid was concentrated to obtain the entitled compound (350 mg, 82%) as a violet solid.
