Procedure
In analogy to the procedure described in example 1K, (S)-4-oxo-2-(7-oxo-4-phenyl-[1,4]diazepan-1-yl)-butyric acid methyl ester and (S)-6-aza-spiro[2.5]octan-4-ol hydrochloride (intermediate 2) gave the title compound in 50% as light yellow foam. MS: 416.3 (MH+).
