The title compound was prepared from (S)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-3-((S)-1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)propyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 5-bromo-1-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)pyridin-2(1H)-one following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 6 Step 1. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.323 min, m/z=471.1; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.13 (s, 3H), 1.19 (s, 3H), 1.53 (d, 3H), 2.19-2.30 (m, 4H), 2.40 (m, 1H), 2.89 (m, 1H), 4.67 (m, 2H), 5.69 (m, 1H), 6.70 (d, 1H), 7.03 (d, 2H), 7.13 (d, 2H), 7.29-7.38 (m, 6H), 7.55 (d, 1H).
