Reaction Steps
270 mg (0.61 mmol) of trans-dibenzyl-[4-(4-phenyl-piperazin-1-yl)-cyclohexyl]-amine are dissolved in 5 mL MeOH and hydrogenated on 40 mg of Pd/C (10%) at 20-30° C. The solvent is eliminated in vacuo and the residue crystallised from ethanol and concentrated HCl. Yield: 110 mg (69%).
