To a solution of (xxiv) (1 g, 3.68 mmol) in DMA (10 mL) was added diethylamine (7.36 mmol) and the resulting mixture was stirred overnight at 60° C. The reaction mixture was quenched with water. The product was extracted with CH2Cl2 thrice and the combined organic extracts were washed with H2O followed by brine, dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated under reduced pressure to furnish without purification 750 mg of compound (xxv) in 70% yield. MS (m/z) 322 [M+H]+.
