Prepared as with 8-chloro-1-(5-{5-[(3,4-dichlorophenyl)methyl]-2H-tetrazol-2-yl}pentyl)-3-pentyl-3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione (Comparative Example C) using 3-[5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl]-1-propanol.
