(1R,2S)-1-(1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-indazol-5-yloxy)-1-(naphthalen-2-yl)propan-2-amine hydrochloride (50 mg, 0.11 mmol), 1,1,3,3-tetramethylguanidine (100 μl, 0.79 mmol) and Ethyl trifluoroacetate (200 μl, 1.68 mmol) in MeOH (2.5 mL) was stirred at r.t. for 1 h.
