Reaction Steps
Prepared as described in Example 1 from (1R,2S)-2-amino-1-phenylpropan-1-ol (257 mg, 1.70 mmol), and 1-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-iodo-6-methylindazole (200 mg, 0.57 mmol). Yield 169 mg (79%).
