4-aminopyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazine-7-carboxylic acid (215 mg, 1.21 mmol) was combined with 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (347 mg, 1.81 mmol) and 1-hydroxybenzotriazole monohydrate (245 mg, 1.81 mmol) in DMF (5 mL). The mixture was stirred at rt for 30 min. before adding tert-butyl 2-(aminomethyl)morpholine-4-carboxylate (274 mg, 1.27 mmol). After 1 hr, the reaction was poured into satd. NaHCO3 solution and stirred for 1 h. The product was collected by vacuum filtration to give a tan solid (400 mg, 88%). MS [M+H]+=377.0; LCMS RT=2.71 min.
