Following the procedure for Example B, 2,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl chloride (1.38 g, 6 mmol) and 2-bromopyrrole (4 mmol) gave 0.75 g of the title compound: mp 120-121° C.; 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ: 7.05-6.95 (2 H, m), 6.52 (1 H, s), 6.35 (1 H, dd, J=3.3, 1.8), 6.18 (1 H, t, J=3.5), 3.96 (3 H, s), 3.86 (3 H, s), 3.76 (3 H, s).
