Reaction Steps
10.00 g (36.73 mmol) Boc-Gly-Osu (Bachem) was dissolved together with 3.35 g (36.77 mmol) 1-amino-2,3-propanediol in 50 ml DMF and stirred for 18 h. The product was purified by flash chromatography (CH2Cl2 /MeOH; 95:5 v/v). 8.94 g (98%) 19 was obtained as a colourless oil.
