Compound (616) was prepared from (615) prepared as described in example 479 (using the procedure described in example 309, with tetraethyl tin as the stannane to give a yellow oil. 1H NMR δ [(CD3)2SO] 11.71 (s, 1H), 11.48 (br, 1H), 8.23 (s, 1H), 8.78, (s, 1H), 7.99 (s, 1H), 7.62–7.43 (m, 5H), 7.2–7.1 (m, 1H), 6.10 (d, J=17.6 Hz, 1H), 5.46 (d, J=11.3 Hz, 1H). EIMS found: M+=372.0661. C22H13ClN2O2 requires 372.0666.
