Reaction Steps
150 mg (0.408 mmol) of the compound from example 44A are treated with 576 mg (2.45 mmol) of 4-methyl-1-piperazinesulfonyl chloride in 6.6 ml (81.6 mmol) of pyridine for 3.5 hours.
