Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared using the procedure described in Example 1E using the product from Example 6A and 1-isocyanato-3-methyl-benzene instead of the product from Example 1D and 1-fluoro-2-isocyanato-4-methyl-benzene. MS (ESI(+)) m/e 373 (M+H)+; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-D6) δ ppm 2.29 (s, 3H) 4.02 (s, 3H) 6.81 (d, J=7.12 Hz, 1H) 7.17 (t, J=7.80 Hz, 1H) 7.26 (d, J=8.14 Hz, 1H) 7.32 (s, 1H) 7.52 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 2H) 7.68 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 2H) 8.10 (s, 1H) 8.71 (s, 1H) 8.95 (s, 1H) 9.20 (s, 1H).
