Reaction Steps

To the solution of Compound 22 (55 mg, 0.16 mmol) in DCM (4 mL) was added Dess-Martin reagent (100 mg, 0.24 mmol). The solution was stirred at room temperature for 20 min before it was concentrated and chromatographed to afford Compound 100 (42 mg, 78%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 9.52 (s, 1 H), 7.68-7.65 (m, 3 H), 7.47-7.41 (m, 1 H), 7.25 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2 H), 7.02 (t, J=8.1 Hz, 2 H), 2.55-2.51 (m, 2 H), 2.37-2.31 (m, 2 H), 1.79-1.71 (m, 4 H); ESMS cacld (C20H17F2NO2): 341.1; found: 342.1 (M+H).
