The same procedure was carried out as in Examples (163a) to (163b), except that 2-fluoro-5-methoxy-3-(2-triisopropylsilanyloxyethoxymethyl)benzaldehyde was used instead of 2-fluoro-5-methoxy-3-triisopropylsilanyloxybenzaldehyde in Example (163a), to give the title compound.
