The title product was prepared according to the procedure of Example 121, Step 4, starting from tert-butyl trans-4-[(5-amino-1-benzofuran-7-yl)methyl]-2,5-dimethylpiperazine-1-carboxylate (obtained in Example 121, Step 3) and 2-methylbenzenesulfonyl chloride (0.039 g, 0.2 mmol). Yield: 0.022 g (43%). HPLC 95% RT=1.99 min (System A; 10-97% MeCN over 3 min), 93% RT=1.85 min (System B; 10-97% MeCN over 3 min). MS (ESI+) m/z 514.2 (M+H)+.
