Using the same procedure as in Example 18, (2R)—N,N-dimethyl-2-[(4-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-5-yl)oxy]propanamide (150 mg, 0.57 mmol) and 1-(1,3-thiazol-2-ylmethyl)-1H-indazol-5-amine (138 mg, 0.6 mmol) were reacted to give the title compound as a white solid (208 mg, 77%); NMR Spectrum (CDCl3) 1.73 (d, 3H), 3.06 (s, 3H), 3.14 (s, 3H), 5.43 (q, 1H), 5.92 (s, 2H), 6.82 (d, 1H), 7.26 (m, 1H), 7.50 (d, 2H), 7.61 (t, 1H), 7.75 (d, 1H), 7.87 (dd, 1H), 8.11 (s, 1H), 8.45 (s, 1H), 8.62 (s, 1H); Mass spectrum 474.
