Benzyl(1R)-1-((4-(5-(((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)oxy)methyl)-3-oxo-1H-imidazo[1,5-c]imidazol-2(3H)-yl)-1-piperidinyl)carbonyl)-2,2-dimethylpropylcarbamate (0.44 g) obtained in Example 83j) and 10% palladium carbon (44 mg) were suspended in methanol (10 ml), and mixed under hydrogen atmosphere at room temperature for 1 hour. The reaction solution was filtered using Celite, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the title compound as a colorless solid (0.33 g, 96%).
