Reaction Steps

To a solution of 1-(1-((2R)-2-amino-3,3-dimethylbutyroyl)-4-piperidinyl)-4-methylpiperazin-2-one (0.12 g) obtained in Example 103d) in acetonitrile (5 ml) was added 4-chlorophenyl isocyanate (57 mg), and mixed at room temperature for 1 hour. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was purified with silica gel column (ethyl acetate) to obtain the title compound as colorless powder (46 mg, 27%).
