66.3 Using general method H, 5-chloro-benzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxylic acid ((S)-1-pyrrolidin-3-ylmethyl)-amide trifluoro acetate was reacted with [2-fluoro-4-(2-oxo-2H-pyridin-1-yl)-phenyl]-carbamic acid 4-nitro-phenyl ester (prepared according to example 54.3) to give (R)-3-{[(5-chloro-benzo[b]thiophene-2-carbonyl)-amino]-methyl}-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid[2-fluoro-4-(2-oxo-2H-pyridin-1-yl)-phenyl]-amide.
