79.7 Using general method H, to (3S,4S)-5-chloro-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid (4-hydroxy-pyrrolidin-3-ylmethyl)-amide trifluoro acetate was reacted with [2-fluoro-4-(2-oxo-2H-pyridin-1-yl)-phenyl]-carbamic acid 4-nitro-phenyl ester (prepared according to example 54.3) to give (3R,4S)-3-{[(5-chloro-thiophene-2-carbonyl)-amino]-methyl}-4-hydroxy-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid[2-fluoro-4-(2-oxo-2H-pyridin-1-yl)-phenyl]-amide.
