80.6 Using general method H, 5-chloro-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid ((3S,4S)-4-methoxy-pyrrolidin-3-ylmethyl)-amide trifluoro acetate was reacted with [2-fluoro-4-(2-oxo-2H-pyridin-1-yl)-phenyl]-carbamic acid 4-nitro-phenyl ester (prepared according to example 54.3) to give (3R,4S)-3-{[(5-chloro-thiophene-2-carbonyl)-amino]-methyl}-4-methoxy-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid[2-fluoro-4-(2-oxo-2H-pyridin-1-yl)-phenyl]-amide.
