Reaction Steps
In analogy to Example 13, the N-(2,2-dimethylpropyl)-2-N-(2,2-dimethyl-propylamino)-4-chlorothiazole-sulphonamide was prepared by reacting 2,4-dichlorothiazole-sulphonyl chloride from Example 1 with 2,2-dimethylpropylamine. Following recrystallization from toluene, the product of m.p. 157° C. was obtained in 67% yield.
