Reaction Steps

To a solution of the title compound of Step F (16 mg, 0.032 mmol) in dichloromethane (0.5 ml) at 0° C. was added boron tribromide (1M in dichloromethane, 0.06 ml, 0.06 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for one hour, then quenched by addition of 1N HCl (5 ml). The resulting solution was extracted with dichloromethane (3×5 ml). The combined extracts were dried over sodium sulfate, filtered, and concentrated. The residue was purified by preparative TLC (7% methanol in dichloromethane) to afford the title compound (11 mg, 68% yield) as a white solid. MS (APCl−) Calc: 502.0, Found: 501.2 (M−1).
