Reaction Steps
The title compounds were prepared according to the procedure described in the step 2 in EXAMPLE 1 (METHOD B) using methyl 2,6-diamino-5-chloro-3-pyridinecarboxylate (EXAMPLE 1, METHOD B, Step 1), 2-bromoacetophenone and sodium iodide.
