In 1 mL of ethanol, 0.278 g of the ethyl 2-[6-[3-[4-(diphenylmethoxy)piperidino]propylamino]imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-2-yl]-2-methylpropionate synthesized in Reference Example 2C is dissolved, and 0.118 g of succinic acid is added thereto and dissolved, followed by concentration under reduced pressure. To the residue was added 0.5 mL of tetrahydrofuran and the residue was dissolved. After the addition of 2 mL of ethyl acetate, crystals formed were collected by filtration, washed with ethyl acetate and dried to yield 0.382 g of the title compound.
