In the reaction of N-[2-(2-chloro-5-(2-thienyl)-pyrimidine-4-ylamino)ethyl]-acetamide (150 mg, 0.51 mmol) with (RS)—S-(4-aminophenyl)-N-(ethoxy-carbonyl)-S-methylsulfoximide (111 mg, 0.46 mmol) according to procedure 5a, the desired product is obtained in 11% yield (28 mg) after chromatographic purification (silica gel, dichloromethane/methanol (0%-10% methanol)).
