Compound is prepared from tert-butyl (4-hydroxy-1-naphthyl)carbamate, 3-fluoro-5-piperidin-1-yl-benzoic acid and furan-3-yl-methanol according to conditions described in general procedure D. A pink solid is produced (12 mg). Mp: 152-153° C.; 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 1.63-1.69 (m, 6H), 3.20-3.27 (m, 2H), 5.13 (s, 2H), 6.58 (s, 1H), 6.75 (d, J=12.6 Hz, 1H), 6.89 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 6.98 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 7.30 (s, 1H), 7.47-7.59 (m, 4H), 7.12 (d, J=8.1Hz, 1H), 7.83 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.95 (s, 1H), 8.32 (d, J=8.1Hz, 1H); MS 445 (M+1).
