Reaction Steps
The compound (242 mg) obtained in Example 87-4 and 2-imidazole carboxaldehyde (63.4 mg) were dissolved in anhydrous methanol (7.2 ml). Then, the solution was added with sodium cyanoborohydride (96.9 mg) and adjusted to pH 5 with acetic acid, followed by stirring at room temperature for 2 days. After the reaction, the solvent was distilled off. The residue was added with a 1 mol/l sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and extracted with chloroform. Subsequently, the extract was washed with saturated saline solution and the residue was then dried with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, followed by distilling the solvent off. The residue was purified through silica gel column chromatography (chloroform/methanol), thereby obtaining the subject compound (282 mg) as a white solid.
