A solution containing the product from Example 89B (0.302 mmol) in dichloromethane (2.5 mL) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (2.5 mL), stirred at 25° C. for 16 hours and concentrated. The residue was purified by reversed phase chromatography on a C18 column eluting with 5-100% acetonitrile in water (0.1% TFA). The product was partitioned between ether and dilute ammonium hydroxide, and the organic phase was dried over MgSO4 filtered and concentrated to give the title compound (0.068 g, 42% yield).
