Reaction Steps
A solution containing the product from Example 107F (0.033 g, 0.052 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 mL) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (1 mL), stirred at 25° C. for 1 hour, concentrated, and partitioned between ethyl acetate and saturated NaHCO3 solution. The organic phase was washed with brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated.
