Reaction Steps
To a solution of the product of Example 148D (0.108 g, 0.17 mmol) in dichloromethane (2.0 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (0.5 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. The solvent was evaporated, and the reaction was partitioned between ethyl acetate and diluted NaHCO3 solution. The organic layer was washed with brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated.
