Reaction Steps

A solution of Example 167B (11.2 mg, 0.017 mmol) in dichloromethane (0.25 mL) was treated with methyl chloroformate (2 μL, 0.026 mmol), and triethylamine (4.8 μL, 0.034 mmol) at 25° C. for 1 h. The solvents were evaporated, and the crude residue was purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with a gradient of dichloromethane, 100% ethyl acetate, and 95% ethyl acetate/7% methanol to give the title compound (7 mg, 57%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3)δ ppm 0.87-0.84(s, 15H), 1.34-1.29(m, 2H), 1.65-1.51(m, 3H), 2.67-2.60(m, 2H), 2.86-2.83(d, J=7.72 Hz, 2H), 2.95-2.87(m, 1H), 3.52(s, 3H), 3.65(s, 3H), 3.78-3.73(m, 1H), 3.81(s, 1H), 4.08-4.03(m, 1H), 4.24-4.19(m, 1H), 4.33(m, 1H), 7.17-7.12(m, 1H), 7.26-7.20(m, H), 7.29-7.26(d, J=8.46 Hz, 2H), 7.35-7.30(m, 1H), 7.81-7.77(m, 3H), 7.90-7.84(m, 1H).
